Are you interested in training your team to operate using the High Performance Innovation Framework℠?  We offer the following training courses at your facility:

• High Performance Innovation Workshop℠ – is a fast-moving, one-day introduction to the High Performance Innovation Framework.  This course an introductory course that describes the purpose and benefits of the Framework.  This course is designed to support class sizes up to 50 people.
• High Performance Innovation Blueprint℠ is an intensive, three-phase course intended to teach High Performance Innovation strategies and methodologies to innovation teams, and to help them implement the strategies into their work environment. Each participant receives assessment tools and methodologies to create a customized iPlan document for their innovation.  The Blueprint course is intended to be a team-building exercise. Some advance preparation is required for participants.  The Blueprint course is structured in three phases
• Phase One is a four-day educational session taught on-site by a certified High Performance Innovation Coach.  Participating innovation team members are taught the necessary principles and methodologies of the Framework to enable them to develop a customized iPlan for their particular innovation.
• Phase Two is a five-week period where innovation team members complete assessment project assignments with the remote guidance and assistance of their Better Innovation Coach.  The Coach conducts weekly web video conferences with the innovation team members during this phase.
• Phase Three is an optional, final two-day on-site event, facilitated by the Coach, where the innovation team completes their iPlan and presents the results to the supporting leadership team.
