About the Teknolio Coaching Program

The Teknolio Coaching Program is designed to provide you with expert advice and assistance as you create your own commercialization strategies.  When it comes to getting to market, your commercialization strategy is just as important as your technology.  And, there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all.  Every technology and organization needs its own custom-tailored approach in order to succeed.

Every Teknolio coach is a certified expert in High Performance Innovation techniques and can skillfully guide you and your team through the process of getting to market.  They can help you accomplish every phase of the High Performance Innovation Framework, including:

How the Coaching Program Works

The Teknolio Coaching Program seeks to work with motivated tech entrepreneurs who have the potential to achieve go-to-market success.  Entrepreneurs who are interested in participating in the program are asked to complete an application process. Space in the program is limited, therefore all applicants cannot be accepted.

Once an entrepreneur has been accepted into the program, they will be teamed with a Teknolio coach.  Prior to the beginning of every coaching engagement, the coach and the entrepreneur will make a written agreement on the desired outcome (objectives) of the engagement.  (Note: The engagement will be specifically designed on the basis of these agreed-upon objectives.)

Throughout the engagement, the coach will meet regularly with the entrepreneur, typically once or twice per week via telephone or Skype audio conference. Each coaching session is approximately one-hour in length.  The entrepreneur and his team (up to four total participants) receive instruction and assignments from the coach which they are expected to accomplish before the next scheduled session.  Questions and follow-up between sessions are usually handled via email.

Coaching engagements typically last 4-8 weeks, depending upon the desired outcomes.

Is Our Coaching Program Right For You?

The Teknolio Coaching Program is designed to provide expert assistance to motivated entrepreneurs and their teams.  While the Teknolio coach provides instruction and guidance for the required tasks, the completion of the tasks is the responsibility of the entrepreneur.  Ultimate success of the project rests on the entrepreneur and their willingness to complete the assigned objectives.  The entrepreneur will be expected to provide the required human resources to complete the assigned tasks.

Coaching Program Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to participants in the Teknolio Coaching Program:

• Price per 1-hour session is $185.00 USD
• Coaching sessions are purchased in advance with a minimum of four (4) sessions
• Each participant team may be comprised of up to four (4) members.  All members must be directly affiliated with the primary entrepreneur’s innovation project.
• Sessions are typically conducted in English.  (Please contact us if you require a non-English speaking coach. Additional costs may apply.)
• The engagement will be bound and guided by the Teknolio Coaching Engagement Agreement as agreed upon by the entrepreneur and the coach.  Any changes to the agreement will require written concurrence from both parties.
• Teknolio strives to deliver outstanding value and service through our coaching program.  Refunds, if necessary, can be provided only for unused coaching sessions.  Completed sessions are not eligible for refunds.
