Teknolio Partners is a partner networking program designed to help Teknolio connect with new clients in need of innovation and tech commercialization services.  Through Teknolio Partners, our goal is to make it easy and profitable for you to partner with us.  Through this program, you can introduce us to any of your clients and associates who would benefit from our services.   If your introduction leads to new business for us, we pay you a percentage of the revenue that we receive from the new business.

How Teknolio Partners Works:

 

Who is eligible?   Teknolio Partners is open to all industry and technology professionals who have contacts to share.

 

What is an introduction?  An introduction is a coordinated, three-way meeting (either in person or by telephone) that is arranged for the purpose of creating a Teknolio business engagement with your contact.  This meeting will typically include you, your Contact and a senior Teknolio representative.  (Note: Email introductions are not permitted in Teknolio Partners.)

 

What is a successful introduction?  A successful introduction is one that leads to a business transaction between Teknolio and your Contact.

 

Where is Teknolio Partners active?  Teknolio Partners is active practically everywhere in the world.  Check with us if you have a question regarding a particular nation or region.

 

How does the overall process work?  Here is a quick step-by-step summary of how Teknolio Partners operates:

 

  1. The process begins when you register a contact proposal by email.  This contact proposal provides only general information about the contact, and does not include actual name and contact information. This typically includes company name, contact’s level within the company and the general nature of the need for Teknolio services.  (You DO NOT need to reveal the actual name of the contact at this point.)
  2. Teknolio reviews the contact proposal to determine if we are able to support the need, and whether we already have business connections with the contact’s company.  Teknolio will decide whether to accept or decline the contact proposal, and will notify you of the decision within 48 hours.
  3. If Teknolio is able to accept the contact proposal, you can then provide the detailed contact information to us, and also proceed to arrange the introduction meeting.
  4. The introductory meeting takes place between you (acting as the meeting host), your contact, and a senior Teknolio representative. (Note: at this point, you will be credited with the connection and is now eligible for compensation through the program.)
  5. Following the introduction meeting, Teknolio will work to address the contact’s requirements and develop a business solution.  If Teknolio closes a transaction with the contact within 18 months of the introduction, your introduction is considered to be successful, and you will be compensated based on the value of Teknolio’s engagement revenue.

 

 

How much will you be compensated for a successful introduction?  Teknolio highly values the connections we make through you.  Therefore, we pay you for the long-term value of the new customer, not just the initial transaction.  Teknolio uses a 3-year pay-out system as shown in the table below.

When will You be paid?  You will be paid after Teknolio receives payments from your Contact (our new Client).  The 3-year payout period begins on the date of the first payment to Teknolio, and ends 36 months from that date.  Teknolio will notify you within 10 business days of receipt of any applicable Client payments.  Payments to you will be made within 45 days of receipt of the payment.  You will be paid via electronic transfer or to a PayPal account.  (Note: Teknolio covers the PayPal transaction costs for You.)
