Len Denton
Len Denton is an innovation strategist, technology commercialization coach and creator of the High Performance Innovation Framework℠. He is President and CEO of Teknolio.
Len has personally trained, coached and worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and innovators from the USA, India, Poland, Mexico, Korea and Hungary; helping them to improve their ability to get their products and services to market. He is an expert in the development and implementation of large-scale technology commercialization programs. In recent years, he has explored more than 1,500 technologies. He has developed and led large and complex technology commercialization programs in India and Hungary, and has developed several successful technology programs for the Indian government. These Indian programs have resulted in more than $80 million in economic development impact. Len formerly led the India Program Office at the IC2 Institute at The University of Texas at Austin, one of the world’s premiere centers for innovation strategy and technology commercialization.
Len’s corporate experience includes more than 25 years of hands-on experience of envisioning, shaping and managing technologies and their markets. He spent more than two decades as an engineering executive with U.S. Fortune 100 companies where he successfully led several multi-million dollar engineering and technology programs. Len is also a veteran small business leader and entrepreneur, having been CIO in the financial services industry and CEO for two computer services start-up ventures.
Len also serves as Executive Director of the Alliance for Better Innovation, a not-for-profit research and education organization with a mission to improve innovation practices within the global innovator community.
